new tricks!

Brooke has been keeping us entertained lately with all of her new tricks! A few days ago she rolled over for the first time, from her back to her tummy. Babies usually roll from their tummy to their back first, but since she hates being on her tummy she learned this backwards! When she ends up on her tummy she isn't quite sure what to do, but today she kicked hard and ended up back on her back! So funny. Now if we can just get her to play on her tummy long enough to learn to roll both ways! Here she is on her tummy after she rolled over...though her head is still to the side!

Our neighbors gave us this play saucer and Brooke is just starting to be able to use it. We have to put a blanket in front of her or she sort of wobbles around in the seat! I love that the saucer has a letter "B" for her to play with. It is the only toy she can reach so far!

Brooke's other new talent is spitting! I am not sure who taught her to do this, but it wasn't me! Here is a video clip of her on her changing table. She is trying to roll over while she is spitting and talking to the ceiling!
