exciting family events...

We've had some very exciting events recently in my family! First of all, my sister got engaged! Yay! She and John are getting married on September 28, less than 2 weeks before my due date...yikes! Let's hope this little one doesn't come TOO early! I'm also on the lookout for a cute, chocolate brown maternity bridesmaid dress... We are so excited for John and Tracey and can't wait to help them celebrate their upcoming marriage!

My youngest brother, Greg, graduated from Colorado Christian University last weekend! I'm so proud of him, he crammed in over 40 credits this past year to try and graduate in 4 years. Whew! It was fun to be a part of his celebrations this past weekend. Congratulations, Greg! And if anyone knows of a killer, great-paying job in the Denver area, let me know and I'll pass the info on to him. :)
Brooke lasted about 10 minutes in the auditorium during graduation. Luckily, there was a screen in the lobby where the ceremony was broadcast...we had fun running around out there and trying to pay attention to the ceremony!


Finally, Ken got a new job!! After months and months of searching, this job is much-appreciated! He starts with Raytheon on June 2, and it seems like a very promising job, and a much-needed change! We are thankful not to have him working the graveyard shift anymore. YAY!!
