fun events...

When I was in college at UNC in Greeley, I lived in an awesome house with 4 other girls. It was a blast! We loved our little house and I loved living with these girls, they are dear friends! We each cooked dinner one night a week, and had some near-disaster meals, but it was a great learning experience! I was so sad when I had to leave them when I transferred to KU. We have had faithful get togethers at least once or twice a year since then, and our moms even got together during college to pray for us, what a blessing!

We decided to try and get together twice a year, usually around the time of daylight saving time in the spring and fall. We all have kids now, so it is a bit chaotic when we all meet, but so fun to catch up. This time we met at my parents' house, and they graciously helped with the kids so that we could talk!

I also recently went to Lil Biggs with my friend Kim from MOPS. Her son Jacob is a few months older than Brooke, and they enjoy playing together. Here are a few pics of them playing together. Neither of them ate much lunch, they were too excited to play!

Brooke loves the carousel, but she holds on for dear life when she's on it!
