snow days

The past couple of days we have been stuck inside because of the snow. Here is how we passed the time...

The day after the storm, the sun came out and Brooke was so excited to get to play outside!

Brooke did NOT want to come inside. We went through three pairs of gloves, she kept taking them off because she couldn't play easily with them on! I don't think this kid ever gets cold. After she came in I made her some hot cocoa (more like lukewarm chocolate milk). It was a fun day!

We also worked on potty training since we were stuck inside for so long. We had a few successes, but she is just not that into it still. I am trying to be patient, but know that she needs to be on board for it to work! Here is Brooke's fashion statement of Elmo underwear and my hiking boots:
