first haircut!

A couple of months ago I took Brooke to get her hair cut for the first time. Ever. I had never even trimmed off a tiny bit of her hair! Every time I would try and fix her hair and the tangles hurt she would say "mommy, please get my hair cut!" I had told her that when it got cut they would cut off the tangles! It was sad to see all of those red curls on the floor, but it seems like her hair is still curly, so that is fun!

She is so funny about her hair. She really is a pretty tough kid...she will fall down HARD and even get cuts and scrapes and not really cry at all. But her hair is a different story! She HATES getting it fixed, but if I don't pull it back it is always in her face! And the curls make it tangled most of the time! I think that this is payback for me because I think I remember complaining when my mom would fix my hair when I was little.
